Welcome to VILLA “Natalie”

Villa “Natalie” is situated in the mid-coast of Croatia, in central Dalmatia in the village of Brodarica. All apartments in the villa have their own terrace or balcony and are fitted with a satellite TV, kitchen & bathroom. Most of the apartments have a picturesque sea view and the beach is only 150 m away. The villa also has it’s own car park and barbecue area.

The closest town is Sibenik which is 3km north of Brodarica. Brodarica has a typical Mediterranean climate and summer temperatures reach an average of 30 degrees Celsius. Brodarica has many restaurants, pizzerias, café bars and night clubs. The village is surrounded by many islands, which, together, make up a lagoon and can be easily reached by available boat rentals.

In the vicinity are the two National parks, Krka (waterfalls) and Kornati (islands), which are great tourist attractions. The village has a good access to various shops, Post office, Chemist, Money exchange office and Doctor. In addition to this, there are many sports activities available.

The nearest airports are: Split - 50km SE and Zadar - 60km NW.
